Regis Tremblay of Woolwich, Maine, is an independent filmmaker living on a fixed income. With the support of friends he has been traveling to Russia and other countries in recent months making films like this one. Phil Reiss viewed this film at this summer’s Veterans for Peace convention and brought a copy back to the Lehigh Valley to share with others.
