The building that has been a home for LEPOCO since 1984 is on the market for sale. 
 
The Steering Committee believes our best alternative is to find a friendly buyer who will charge us below market rent (similar to the generosity of our present landlord). 
 
If you or someone you know would be interested please let us know and/or contact the realtor.  (Please do not hesitate to spread the word far and wide.) 
 
We appreciate whatever you can do to help LEPOCO at this time.
